The lounge is a spacious  45 square metres, German sandstone flooring, with wood burner, under floor heating, double glazed windows, with double doors opening out onto the patio which overlooks a walnut orchard
The Lounge is bordered by the 21 square metre hallway with stairs leading to the first floor Master Bedroom, 2 additional large Bedrooms overlooking the rear of the property and further Bathroom. To the right of the hall is the Dining Room and the Kitchen and access to the Utility room and Office.

First Floor: This plan is indicative only. The conversion work differed somewhat from the architect's plan as the work progressed. The location of the additional bathroom and WC was changed for plumbing reasons and only one velux window exists in the walkin wardrobes. Bedroom 3 also does not have a velux.
